Pricing & Estimates
No, estimates are always free with no hidden fees. We'll give you an honest diagnosis and an exact price before any work begins.
Torsion and extension spring replacement starts from $150, with same-day service available. The exact price depends on your door's size, weight, and the type of spring system it uses.
Yes, every job is backed by our labor warranty, and new doors and openers include manufacturer warranties on top of that.
Springs & Repairs
We strongly recommend against it. Garage door springs are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury if handled without the right tools and training. It's one of the few home repairs best left to a professional.
Torsion springs mount horizontally above the door and twist to store energy; extension springs run along the horizontal tracks and stretch instead. Torsion springs are generally more durable and common on newer doors, but we service and replace both types.
Most springs are rated for 10,000-15,000 open/close cycles, which typically works out to 7-10 years of normal use. Doors that open and close more often — or that are out of balance — will wear springs out faster.
Openers
We install Chamberlain, LiftMaster, and Genie openers, including WiFi-enabled models with myQ app control, remotes, and safety sensors.
Most opener installations take about 1.5 to 2 hours, including mounting, wiring, safety sensor alignment, app setup, and a full function test before we leave.
Both. We diagnose and repair existing openers — sensors, wiring, remotes — and if a unit is beyond repair or outdated, we'll walk you through upgrade options.
New Door Installation
We install DoorLink, Ankmar, and Amarr doors in modern, carriage, and panel styles, with a wide range of colors, windows, and trim options.
Most single-door installations are completed in a few hours on the same visit. Custom or oversized doors may take longer — we'll give you a clear timeline during your free estimate.
Yes. Between our DoorLink, Ankmar, and Amarr lines there are dozens of panel styles, window options, and colors available, including HOA-friendly matches for most Boulder County neighborhoods.
