This week our crew replaced a garage door for a homeowner in Lafayette, CO. It's a good example of a job that's easy to put off - the door still opened and closed - but had been quietly getting worse for years.
The Problem
The old door had faded to an uneven off-white, and years of use had left the panel seams sagging and out of alignment - you can see it clearest along the bottom sections in the "before" photo, where the panel lines no longer sit level with each other. It was still functional, but it dragged down the whole front of the house, and it was only going to keep getting worse.
The Fix
We removed the old door completely and installed a new DoorLink standard raised-panel door in crisp white, matching the home's existing trim. As with every install, that included fresh hardware, a spring adjustment for the new door's weight, a new bottom seal, and a full inspection of the tracks and opener before we called it done.
The Result
Straight panel lines, an even white finish, and a door that sits flush in the frame. The whole job was completed in a single visit.
